To start off I just want to say, this was a really nice B&B well decorated, I thought Monica (the host if you will) was lovely, the location (on the quieter side of town) was for us perfect, and all of these things are clear from the website, so anyone who didn't like this, I don't know what they were... more

I stayed in the Residenza San Faustino with my two teenage children, and I have to say it was MUCH better than I had been led to believe by this website. The rooms are beautiful--marble floors, five star hotel quality bathrooms, and a really lovely, firm bed. The best part, in my mind, was breakfast. You no longer need to... more

The best place to stay! It is very close to the center of the city of Verona, miss Monica ROCKS!!! She was so nice to me, gave me a map to get an idea on what should I visit and the maid was so friendly. Go there, especially for romantic getaways, the city is beautiful. I strongly recommend Residenza San... more

I have travelled through Europe and Italy frequently over the past few years - this has to have been one of the best places I have stayed in - certainly as a person travelling on my own. Great location, with the arena 5 minute walk away and great access to nearby hills with stunning views. The owner was fantastic, the... more

A wonderfully intimate place with a warm welcome. The location was just far enough away from the noise of the city but still within easy walking distance. I travel solo and usually find the single rooms disappointing. At San Faustino everything was fine. Breakfast was a simple but healthy choice. more

I booked my stay at the Residenza San Faustino before I discovered the tripadvisor.com site. So I was a bit perturbed to read some less-than-encouraging reviews on this site. However, my own experience was distinctly positive. So I feel obliged to write this review to counteract some of the moaners. If my judgement had been swayed by their views, I... more

A memorable journey to Verona, Italy. I spent 3 days in an agreeable 3 room bed & breakfast just across the river from the old town Verona. My room was nice and comfortable. Abundant breakfast was served in my room. I could keep also food in the mini bar of my room. Prices were good for value and the mini... more

The location was good and the room nicely decorated but that was all there is to recommend this place. On the first night there was no hot water and it was impossible to turn off the radiators so the room was boiling - there was no control for the aircon and only half a roll of toilet paper plus the... more

We had a very disappointing stay here. On arrival at around 6pm there was no hot water. The owners were away and we could not contact anyone through the room telephone (no reception as it is a B&B), and so had to call on our mobile (via UK). The room that evening was ridiculously hot, but the heating was broken... more
