We stayed at this hotel for just 1 night as we moved on the following day. It was supposed to be somewhere to relax after the flight. The swimming pool was big but clearly frequented by all of the locals who drive up and park, come into the pool area by the side of the hotel use the facilities then... more

The worst hotel we have EVER stayed in!!!!!!!!!!!! How we were fooled by the website and star rating. On arrival we could not park the car as hotel was full of locals who could use the pool without actually staying. There were hundreds of locals around the pool with 2 huge speakers blasting out music!!!!!! Arriving at 2pm we had... more

This is a pretty nice hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed and very modern. We did not spend much time at the hotel but it served our purpose for 1 night. more

Hotel quite modernist/minimalist in style. Plenty of parking. Not far from Verona. Receptionist only spoke Italian. Fortunately so did my daughter. Corridors very dimly lit. Room quite modern style. Comfortable. Good size bathroom, though washbasin more decorative than functional. Did heat up quickly in the morning. Nice to see snow capped mountains in the distance. Had dinner which was fixed... more

Hot when we arrived last week. We complained that the Air Con didn't work 4 times during the day, the last time at 10.00 in the evening. No one helped or called back. It was so hot we had to leave the window open, despite the apalling smell from the farm next door. We were woken at 5.30 each morning... more

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, bar none. The shower/tub routinely flooded the room, the service was terrible, as was the food. Nothing worked, and the cleanliness level was nil. The decorative lamp from 1970 did not have a working bulb, and the east-facing room heated up like a solar oven by 8 a.m., totally overwhelming... more

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights this July, we are a party of 2 families each with 2 young kids and one adult is disabled. Firstly the website looks great but beware-once you drive up you realise that it's dated and unkempt looking outside. 2 disabled spaces outside door, however each permanently occupied by hotel bus/staff cars. Upon asking... more

I'll sum it up for you as simply as I can: If you're flying out of Villafranca-Catullo (Verona), there's no need to stay outside of the city center. The airport is 15 minutes away by car or taxi. Why would you stay at a reeking road apple like the Antares when you could stay at any number of fine establishments... more

We booked this so-called holiday with FLEETWAY TRAVEL, possible the most dishonest company I have EVER dealt with. We stayed at this Hotel as it had promised a "free bus shuttle service" to the airport and Verona upon request, a mistake that cost us 28 Euros everytime we wanted to get to Verona as their so called "free shuttle service"... more
