The Castel del Monte is a 4* hotel set in beutiful park land. Rooms are fine. Dinner was good value in a pleasent restaurant with excellent service. Unfortunately it all fell apart at breakfast. Very little food and limited choice. A disinterested breakfast room serving staff and a Receptionist whose dealt with me by advising me to come back and... more
