My husband and I have wanted to visit Puglia in Italy for some time - before it becomes too popular. I found the Masseria Beneficio through internet searching and it looked stunning. Recently restored and renovated by Italian owners. On arrival the driveway took our breath away - then we arrived in the grounds. They are totally out of this world - the planting, the landscaping, the furniture, the stonework - all of the very highest quality. We originally reserved a suite with a kitchenette but on arrival discovered that the original trullo was free and decided to 'upgrade' ourselves into that - for the extra space and novelty value - and for the stunning large bathroom with double stone bath!
