I am a no-fuss traveller. I have only two requirements for a room: it must be clean and it must afford a good night's sleep. This hotel met neither requirement. The room was barely clean, the bed was so worn down it was extremely uncomfortable, the thermostat was broken and the additional blanket offered looked like a military cast-off complete... more

Hotel Minerva is an unfussy kind of place ideally suited if you need somewhere to stay near to Brindisi airport. We stayed in a room in the main hotel but there are individual chalets a bit like an American motel at the back around a swimming pool which was too cold to use when we were there because it was... more
