We stayed in casa rosada in May 2010 for 10 days. At the time we had a two year old and my wife was heavily pregnant. We found the accomodation ideally located within walking distance of the old town and close to shops, cafes/pizza take-away restaurants. I am just back from my short holiday in Alghero and I can simply say I had a fantastic time! Alghero is a very beautiful city, where you can relax or you can party till late in the night! We spent a week in the apartments, but it is well-suited for longer stay. Two rooms were really spacious, and well-furnitured for staying with a family. The neighborhood is not noisy, though close to the city center, 10 min walk. You would need to drive to the beach or take the bus there at the station nearby the apartment.

The apartment was wonderful, clean and well equipped only 10 minutes' walking distance from the town centre, The owners were very friendly and accommodating and made sure that we had all that we needed at all time. I would without hesitation recommend this to anyone who is thinking of spending their vacation in Alghero and Sardinia.

The apartment is excellent value for money and in a great location - 10 minutes walk from the beach and the old town. Free street parking is available outside or close by.
