We've stayed here for 11 nights (it was our honeymoon!) and they all were worthwile. In a chaotic city like Catania it was great to have a place where you could feel the rest and relax the minute you entered the beautiful hall. Our room was very spacious (room 103) and beautiful designed (the pictures on the website are exactly... More

I have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights / 6 days two weeks ago. In general: very very nice and to be recommended I have got a double room with the view giving inside court in lobby. Frankly speaking, as I was lot of time outside , I was not distrub by the noise. But I can imagine that... More

Great service. Generally all the staff is very polite and friendly. Roberto was very helpful!! Thank you. The building is beautiful and renovated. The room was clean and nice but on the ground floor next to the reception. Unacceptable room very noisy. Felt like i was sleeping at the lobby. Woke up by the reception phone ringing and the preparation... More

The hotel is great and location couldn't be better, between Syracuse (Ortigia is a must!), Mt Etna (go in the morning!!) and Taormina. Little restaurants around the hotel and there's a small but really good gym with modern equipments. Good breakfast! Parking can be an issue during the day as it is a busy street, but apparently is an issue... More

We booked this hotel in the very last moment. We based our decision on the location. Romano House is close to the city center and central train and bus station. This is a design hotel, so you'll be surprised. Breakfast was perfect - variety and quality. There were a few cons, but all of them were so unimportant that I... More

Very nice Hotel, in the city center. Room are very beautiful, except for the view: on a lazy street. But nice, convinient. It would have been nice to have fresh orange juice for breakfirst in a four star hotel in Sicily. I recommend the place

Stayed one night in April with a friend. The staff are great - especially the guys on reception. The room was fine with an excellent shower - though no real view. Fine for one night. Location is great for strolling into the centre of Catania - though the other end of the street is a bit seedier and a red... More

The hotel is lovely and the staff makes it even better. I am sure there are many great people working there. I interacted with Roberto, Christina, and Guissepe. All were wonderful and added to the comfort of the stay. Great location. Easy access to all sites and transportation. Wonderful breakfast presentation and attentive staff.

We stayed in Romano House for 5 nights. The hotel is close to the main street of Catania (3 minutes walking distance) full of nice restaurants, and shopping facilities around. The Dome of Catania is 6-7 minutes walk away. All the hotel is designed in a modern style. It is generally very clean and the staff is very friendly and... More
