Great hotel with high standard. The balcony had no furniture. But the room had flatscreen-TV with proper picture (in contrast to other Sicily-hotels). We had a good stay at Excelsior Grand Hotel. We specially approved the fantastic view to Etna every morning. That made our day. There are several quite good small restaurants nearby. The service at the hotel was as good as you have to aspect. more

This hotel was pre-booked for us as part of a conducted tour of Sicily. The room was excellent, clean with an enormous bathroom. A bit too formal for a holiday hotel.
