This hotel is centrally situated just before the most beautiful Piazza Duomo and withing 5 minutes walk. The hotel was a very lovely experience as the reception was welcoming. The reception speaks English very well and was always willing to make you comfortable. As soon as I got there, I was exhausted and the lady gave me bottled water from their cafe right in reception and when I woke up late for breakfast which ends at 10am she asked if I wanted coffee and then told me to sit and brought orange juice and croissants. It was a really great experience and as you can see great customer service.
The rooms are very clean, spacious with airconditioning and balcony. The shower has great water pressure and is spacious. The hotel is is very tight on security so the main door to the street is locked and you buzz to unlock it and each floor is locked as well as your own room which you have a key for, so they really make sure that you are safe.
