The B&B is located in an ideal, central and posh part of Palermo. You have to ride a tiny elevator up 6 floors, but there was no problem with it the whole time we were there. Well located but the surrounding area doesn't seem to be very salubrious - until you realise that the rest of Palermo is much the same. It wasn't clear from previous information that the B&B is in what looks like a residential block containing a number of hotels and Max's is on the 6th floor - but the lift does work.... More

This bb very elegant and clean. Palermo is the most elegant part, in the heart of the center 100 meters from the Politeama theater and 200 meters from Massimo theater. The owner is always there and everyone has a kind words. Recommend to for tourists and businessmen.

Great place right in the center of the city. We stayed in the small appartment in B&B and it was perfect. The rooms are nice, modern and comfortable. Maxim's mother was there to welcome us, she was really charming! Breakfast was really nice. Palermo is a wonderful city; so much to see and this B&B is perfect for walking everywhere.
