Nice, clean, tidy, very well situated, very close (5 min walk) to train/bus station (Palermo centrale), very close to historic centre and to the places to go out in the evening. The staff spoke English. Breakfast to the room - just wonderful! it was just a bit noisy, since it's on one of the main streets, but we didnt come... More

Very nice and comfortable hotel located a few hundreds of meters from railway station. The breakfast served to room was super! When checking in, you order which kind of a breakfast you want and the tray is delivered to your room at the time of your choice. This is what's called hospitality. The only negative thing was that in wintertime... More

We stayed in Hotel Italia because of its locations and price. It is situated not far from the train and bus station (which really convenient as buses from the airport arrive there) and also really close from the markets and all monuments: all are accessible in a few minutes. It is situated on an avenue whith lots of clothes shops.... More

It was a bit like in a european movie. A short walk from the train station. Then, a lift to the 4th floor where the hotel is. A small desk room, where you get a warm welcome. Your room is larger than you thought, everything is spotless, your bed comfortable. You look at your room and smile. Only in Europe... More

We stayed here as a panic booking and it was fine for what we needed. With no accommodation booked in Palermo for our last night, we opted to stay here as it ticked all the boxes. It was cheap, near central station (so we could catch an early bus to the airport) and central enough to let us explore Palermo... More

Using the airport bus from Palermo airport it is really easy to find, a 5 minute walk from the bus station. It is also well located for all the sights, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean and having breakfast in bed was a bonus! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

It is a friendly place, a good price (50 euros per room) , very clean with lovely shower rooms and we felt very safe. Its a great location for all the sites and for travel to and from the airport and the railway station... More

We spended one night here before leaving back to home (via Cefalu). So perfect location for us close to railwaystation and airport bus! Also good spot for some last minute wandering in a streets (Vucciria, shopping, dining, sea). Furnishing at room ascetic, but high ceiling with decorations and beautifully tiled floors compensated this all! Efficient A/C. Kind people and service... More

I can't say enough good things about this place! The service is fantastic, the man and woman who run the place (I forget their names) are wonderful, very helpful, eager to please, and clearly take a lot of pride in their business. The man also speaks perfect English, which was so helpful, especially as I have never been to Sicily... More
