A real 5 star has to have a pool... so it is not a 5 star. Fitness facilities do practically not exist, wellness/massage is offered. Hotel Wagner has an excellent reputation in Palermo. Staff is helpfull and knowlegeable. Rooms are good - too much gold for my taste. Overall a very good address in Palermo! more

We just returned from a 12 day vacation in Palermo, Sicily where we stayed at the Hotel Grand Wagner. What a great place to stay! Location was ideal, breakfast buffet was ok, not too much variety. Room was lovely and the bathroom was excellent! Hotel staff friendly and helpfull. Overall a great experience. more

My luggage was lost when I arrived in Palermo and the front desk was very helpful in helping me track it down. Thankfully it arrived late the next day. Room was fine, bed was confortable, good air conditioning and good breakfast (better than most). Lood location. more

Hotel Grand Wagner was in the Old Part of Palermo, great location for sightseeing and touring. Hop on, Hop off bus, Amat buses all within walking distance. We slept 5 nights in Grand Hotel Wagner. Good hotel that is conveniently located in a hart of the city. It is walking distance to all attractions and public transportations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left i have nothing but good things to say about this Hotel. Our luggage was stuck in Milan and the hotel sorted everything about obtaining it for us, they gave us extra toiletries to help us in the absence of ours, The mini bar and american bar were overpriced as is... more
