we were in march 2013. parents with 3 children. the house is wonderfull and handy. uri and zeev are so nice. they helped us to plan our trips, and all their recommendations were excellent (nature, Restaurants and towns). the location of the villa is perfect to traveling at toscana and umbria. we strongly recommend this place!!!!!
