The hotel looked beautiful, too bad we didn't get to experience it, since they lost our reservation. The front desk staff was rude, and not at all helpful. We had to go elsewhere. Up the hill in Cortona is much nicer anyway. more

Beautifully remodeled complex of farm-community buildings and nicely, but simply, landscaped grounds have resulted in a perfect little resort. We stayed in one of the apartments and were pleased with the ample space (by European standards), the high quality of the remodeling work and the good working condition of everything. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are spacious and relatively comfortable...but ...the beds are not unlike slabs of concrete. We had one meal with good sevice and food up to expectations...but... we had one meal that was poorly served and the food was of extremely poor quality and taste.
