We booked this hotel because the hotel we wanted could not accommodate us for our first night in Florence. Luckily we only had to stay here one night or we would have moved anyways.
The guy at the front desk was uninterested in us - just went through motions, not friendly at all. He then tells us he'll take us to our room - but we then leave the hotel, and walk down the street a few apartments down and go to another hotel. Guess they were overbooked? Not sure - he didn't tell us anything.
Our room was musty, run down and the shower was the smallest we have ever seen (after over a month in europe we know small, but this was small... someone larger than 220 lbs could not enter it certainly!).
One reason we booked the property was because we needed Wifi - but of course we didn't have wifi because we were put in another property.
Overall, really bland experience for 60 euros. Our next stay in Florence for the same price down the street is 10 times...
