This is the same review I left on bedandbreakfast.com. I do not normally fill out reviews. However, I felt compelled to do so after this experience. I communicated with Niccolo via e-mail, all in English. Naively, I thought based on this that there would be someone available at check-in who would also speak SOME English. Wrong. This bed and breakfast was totally misrepresented on it's website. There is nothing that says it is a 4th f.loor walkup. There is no elevator. There is no parking on the street where the bed and breakfast is located. There was literally no breakfast.
