If you are going to Florence to be in Florence, don't stay here. The view was great, but this is not a hotel. Very creepy. Dark, deserted, and service-less. The rooms are outdated, the locks on the doors are outdated and not secure, no wifi in the rooms, bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and and no restaurant in the building....
