Our room was pretty awesome. It was cutely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The bathrooms were big & clean. My only gripe is the wifi. Room was fine, hotel staff ok (compared to other hotels on our Italy trip they definatley were not up to par) and breakfast was very typical of any continental breakfast in Italy, decent and adequate. This was our first stay here. This was by far the most helpful staff I've encountered. They booked concerts, dinner reservations, and handed me a box breakfast when we left at 6 am. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is near Piazza Santa Maria Novella. We highly recommend it. More
