Very good hotel for the price and the location is great! Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was included and was good for the type of hotel. We were very satisfied. There are many inexpensive restaurants located near the hotel. All the local tourist destinations are within easy walking distance. We had a large room with a decent view.

We had two rooms for family at this hotel. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable and faced onto a cafe precinct area so some noise from the foot traffic but nothing unbearable. It was nice to witness the town coming to life in the evening. Buffet breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly and stay was very enjoyable.

The Machiavelli Palace was a very clean hotel, with a great breakfast, featuring fresh baked Croissants. The service was very good and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed daily. The only problem we had was that the A/C wasn't working and the room was very warm, even for May.
