Though this hotel was nothing fabulous, it was a good value and had a nice location - very close to most Florence sites and close enough to the train station that walking here with our luggage was no big deal. As long as your expectations are not for a luxurious hotel, this is a good bet. more

Staff were (with one exception who seemed to be in a bad mood) courteous and friendly in manner, and helpful with service.
