Please don't get misled by other review in tripadvisor about this hotel like me. Hotel rooms are creepy and have not been renovated since ages. Hand shower in my room was broken. There was a big dirty and noisy machine to heat/cool the rooms. Rooms were filled with dust. Overall it was a bad experience. more

This was a good hotel with a large room and very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue is its distance from the centre of town which would be about 15 minutes even by bus number 14 from the next lane. more

While the interaction with the hotel staff was minimal because we spent the entire day out of the hotel, I would like to specially commend the ladies at the reception. We had a large corner room with a beautiful view of the Duomo. Our quad room had 2 twin beds for our daughters and a king bed for us. Room was very clean with a large bathroom. The room is not "fancy" yet very comfortable & practical. Free wifi was a plus. Friendly & helpful staff at the front desk.... more

Although the rooms are a little bit small, but everything was great there and the staff where really kind and helpful. I will definitely go there again if I go to Florence again. more

This hotel was another bad experience in Italy. Very, very, very small, not comfortable at all and not very well located. Lucky for me that I returned Florence the year after and stayed right in the centre of the town. Wouldn't return to this hotel. more

We were really impressed with our room. It was spacious, clean, and well-kept. The whole Hotel was clean and well maintained. It was so handy having a continental breakfast included. Not spectacular, but filled the void. Very handy to most major attractions and staff were very helpful. I wouldn't bother, btw, buying a bus pass while in Florence. I'd stick... more
