we spent three nights in this hotel. it is situated very close to the main sights, 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. the stuff very friendly and helpfull, rooms were big, very CLEAN, bathroom also big enaugh. breakfast was very rich, the cnn channel on the big plasma screen a little disturbing, while eating. probably ment for american turists. more

We booked this hotel on Hotels.com after reviewing the Trip Advisor reports. We weren't disappointed. The location was a bit of the walk to the historic center of Naples, but the hotel was very nice, the room was great, service was good, and the price was unbeatable. more

For jews it is close to the synagogue and restaurants. For all others it is a far walk from the attractions of the city including the duomo. The bathroom is a bit cramped but the room is large otherwise. The room i stayed in had an original mural on the ceiling. The downside i may have gotten bitten by bed... more

Main reason for taking this hotel was that it has parking, in the end the parking cost an additional 20 euro per night but was worth it. we stayed in this hotel for four days, we were very, very happy...the room was adequate even though the bathroom was rather small, the front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful, they gave us maps and guided us and answered all our questions, the hotel is in a nice area, very safe with a few restaurants... more

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Arizona & I can honestly say it was well worth it. No it's not in the centre & is only 10-15 mins away. However we were glad, the main area is constant hustle & bustle along with the traffic noise, I suspect sleeping with that would be rather difficult.... more

I have been sending people to Hotel Arizona for the past 2 years. The reason I send them there is because of the warmth, and kindness of the staff that work there. Yes the rooms are small compared to American hotels but compared to European hotels they are standard. You sleep there not live there. It is close to food... more
