This was our first time in italy and this experience was one of the best. The service was phenominal so kind and helpful and at time halerious. I loved the common area we played cards all night. I will definitely go there again. Wish I could now!!!

The staff was really nice and helpful - by lowering the price, showing us some places to go, letting us keep our baggages even after checking out, and more. The price was fair. It's located about 10 minutes walking from the main Piazze, so it is quite comfortable. Bathroom was pretty small.

The hotel is very good located, but is expansive for a three star and the owner and the staff are quite rude. Excelent location gives this hotel a great advantage: just few minutes away from Santa Maria Novella train station, easy to find and to reach even for those with heavy luggage. We stayed with our 8.5 month old daughter between Christmas and New Years. The owners were wonderful to us and especially kind to our daughter. The location is very close to walk to any of the main Florence attractions. There is a lack of wifi in the rooms which was somewhat inconvenient but it just meant we spent more time... More

The staff is great, quite hotel with very short distances to most of the locations in Firenze. Clean hotel and cosy as well. Would defintely stay there again. Breakfast is good as well and staff is multi-lingual.

Went back to this Hotel after a wonderful experience last year.We were 6 artists and stayed for a few days...the staff were friendly and helpful, could not find fault with the rooms or the breakfast.Do not be fooled by the entrance on the ground floor...the hotel was great.Will go back again...and again
