We had a lovely room with a balcony but the bathroom was extremely small. It was so small that you were unable to use the facilities and open the door. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return.

Perfect location overlooking the river very close to all the main attractions. The rooms were large and the bathroom even had a door overlooking the square at the back of the hotel . Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful . Would highly recommend a stay here.

This hotel was rated 4.5 stars by TA, but fell short of our expectations. The rooms are very small and sparsely equipped. The room was not available at the advertised check-in time which is just not acceptable for a hotel of this expense.
