I have spent 6 days there with my adult daughter. We both liked the hotel very much. The bedroom was large, clean, with good facilities all round. Staff very friendly, breakfast superb with delicious cappuccinos. Very close to the train station and the historical center of Florence. I would stay there again if I return to Florence more

We used the lounge several times at night to meet up with friends, very nice. Rooms comfy and well-appointed. Really appreciated proximity to train, bus and everything else. Don't need cabs here! more

I stayed in this hotel at the end of March 2009 for one night..All good things about this place are true. The staff helped me in getting telephone info and loan me a portable computer to further dig for data . Was free and the wireless connection speed was outstanding. Very close to the Medici Chapel and San Lorenzo Church and only a 5 min walk from the station this charming Hotel is ideal. Staff very helpful and speak excellent English. Highly recommended. more

Very centrally situated in a little side street not far from the railway station. A delightful hotel which we would highly recommend. Immaculately clean throughout and room had everything you could need, including a fridge and air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Windows had mosquito netting and double frames to eliminate any noise. Lovely breakfast and very friendly and efficient staff.... more
