You can see why David is rated so highly for service. Superb people and incredibly helpful. Rooms are lovely with fabulous bathrooms. location is good for all the sights. Gluten free breakfast choice was very welcome.

Great hospitality is synonym with this hotel! Beautiful, comfortable and very clean rooms. The staff really friendly and well informed to give you all the information you need to decide which places you will visit! A beautiful comfortable hotel 20 minutes walk from centre of Florence. Well furnished with good water pressure and windows you can open. Lovely bath products and a free mini bar in the room. Great location: on foot to Piazza de Duomo, Bobola Park, Ponte Vecchio, and other widely known Florence attractions. Free parking, a lot of extras: mini bar, wi fi etc. Bus tickets on site. Large rooms carefully designed: tasty mix of old and modern. WE LOVE THE SHOWER! The only minus- street noise for light sleepers.
