Our group of 5 stayed at the Hotel Golf in Florence, near the Termini. My daughter's room, # 107 I believe , had severe mosquito problems which the hotel staff failed to address. The hotel is ok. A 3 star basic hotel, no luxury what so ever. Only five minutes from Florences train station, which was handy. Staff were pleasant enough, rooms clean, and huge buffet breakfast. Not bad at all. One piece of advice though, close the windows on a night, I came back home covered in mozzie bites! more
