Generally speaking the hotel is ok if you consider it for a business trip. I would not suggest if for any pleasure or turistic trip. We had a very pleasant stay in Florence. Most things met or exceeded expectations. The bed was comfortable, the restaurant food was delicious and the location close to the highways was perfect. We have stayed at the Novotel Firenze Nord Aeroporto twice in the last month. Positives are free wifi and (mostly) efficient and friendly staff. The rooms are well below the Novotel standard.
