Let's start with the good things.....the hotel is beautifully situated over the arno river and our terrace had gorgeous views. Breakfast was included and was a really nice spread and the maid service is incredible....lthey visit the room 3 times a day.....and thats where the good ends. My husband and I loved this hotel. We had a beautiful view of the River and loved the staff especially Michele Massoni and Antonio Pagano. The downside was the hotel was about 4 blocks off the beaten path but I would take it for the room and the view. The breakfast was wonderful. more
