Good location short walk to main sites, the room was large with bathroom consisting of wet room shower, bath with shower, WC, bidet, wash hand basin and hair dryer. The room had TV CNN channel, minibar, air conditioning and decorated in tuscun furnishings. Website says soundproofed rooms, but we could hear voices in the adjacent room through the hallway. Comfortable stay. Booked directly through hotel website, good communications. It is as stated in other reviews; this is in an ideal location to walk the sites of Florence. The breakfast was very basic. Our room was clean and the air con was not required. The road and market did not disturb us at all. It seems others have got some good rates on the rooms!! more

Ignore the fact that its location is next to a 7 day a week market as you're within a 10 minute walk of the Uffizi and the Duomo. Hotel has no restaurant but not a problem as we dined well and reasonably priced at Osteria Dell Agnolo - see restaurant review. Surprisingly quiet despite its location. more

The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the centre and a few minutes walk from the Duomo and the Santa Maria Novelle is just around the corner. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and didn't really know what to expect. It was ideal. Location was great, rooms were spacious and very clean, staff were so helpful, breaksfast was lovely...a/c was great too!! The hotel was just off the main road through Florence and was easy to find. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. They helped us navigate the city and set up all of our tours. The rooms were charming with beautiful windows and views. The location was perfect. more
