We stayed here over Easter weekend. Hotel is a good 20 minutes walk to Duomo and tourist areas. It is on a very busy main traffic artery from town and the traffic noise never let up. The hotel was clean, small and a little outdated. As the other reviews it is a little away from the city center, its about 25-30 minutes walk to the tourist areas, about a 5 minute drive in a cab which average rate was about 6-8 Euros. Have just returned from a tour of some of Italy's main cities, and stayed at this hotel during our stop in Florence. Clean and adequate rooms, food good, staff very helpful, and as for the location it is an easy 20-30 minute walk into the central of Florence. Would recommend it to friends. more
