This was a great hotel. Central to sites in Florence. The staff was so helpful and friendly--they were especially kind to the children. The building is beautiful-- it was fun to just look around at the hotel. I wish we spent more time there. We will hopefully return again. more

Loved our stay here. The concierge arranged hard to get dinner reservations at the last minute for us at La Giostra. Great breakfast and service. Rooms are roomy, clean, charming. Will stay here again. And it's a short walk to the big Mercato S. Lorenzo where you can bargain for leather goods and other items. more
