Great location, close to most sites. Make sure to get the upgrade to the view of il Duomo. It is totally worth it and not that much more extra. More

I am glad to read how you enjoyed the Superior room with top-floor superb view of the Duomo. With a little extra amount you can grant yourself the best view for a very romantic sejour. Thank you! More

Our hotel is located in the centre of Florence, along the old "via San Gallo", just a 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and only 2 minutes from the Michelangelo's David. Breakfast is served in a room with frescos and, in summertime, outside in a terrace. Thansk for your appreciation! More

Excellent location for a good value. it was a good sized room (for Florence). We stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night for a total of £108. They had a good Italian breakfast from 7:30-9:30 on Saturday and Sunday morning. The location is excellent and a block away from a main bus station (Piazza di San Marco). It's also... More

Dear Guest, I am sorry for your "experience" on the Florence bus. You must validate your tickets because validating you impress the date and the starting time since it is valid (they last 70 minutes) if you don't validate it you would virtually be able to use it again and again. Thanks for leaving your appreciation of the hotel, its... More

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Florence! What an unbelievable price for an amazing hotel! Very centrally located in Florence- a short walk from the duomo, ponte vecchio, etc. The rooms are very big- we got one on the first floor in the courtyard. Extremely modern, clean, and bright! Two separate closets on opposite ends of the... More

Dear Guest, Thanks for your appreciations. I am glad you enjoyed the location of the hotel, the size and decoration of the room, the staff assistance and the free breakfast. Don't worry, Florence is a very safe city and we just give the keys to our clients, never to "odd" people. We have a security camera system, so we can... More

It is always a pleasure to come to this small, elegant and traditional hotel located in walking distance as well to San Lorenzo as to Fortezza da Basso. What I appreciate most is that the basic stuff doesn't change and is always very well tuned. I stay there frenquently since around 8 years twice a year. No need to say... More

We receive many reviews and we are happy to be able to satisfy most of our clients. However, reading the compliments and words of a guest who has been coming back to stay with us for 8 years is priceless! Thank you for your kind words. I'm proud that the staff's professionalism has been acknowledged, which, thanks to team work... More

This is a modern newly refurbished hotel with great charm and ambience. It is beautifully clean, comfortable and the rooms are a decent size. The breakfast room is lovely and the breakfast very adequate. The staff throughout are friendly and helpful. Our adult children stayed in a triple room at the back of the hotel, accessed by a short path... More

This was our second stay at this romantic hotel and we appreciate it just as much as the first time. The staff here is top notch...hospitable and effecient. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with only a 5 minute walk to the center of Florence and the Duomo. We were also able to walk to the train station about 15 minutes away. The morning breakfast is quite nice. It is all cold selections, but includes fresh breads, yogurt, and meats, along with fresh coffee and tea selections.... More

The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from the train station. The street in front of the hotel pretty much leads to the Duomo, so its location is quite good for the tourist attractions. The hotel room is VERY spacious and carries some rustic and authentic taste on furniture and floor bricks. The hotel staffs are courteous and helpful. Our... More

Dear Guest. The "short" road to the train station is just 10 minutes walk, be carefull you take "Via Nazionale" and the "Via XXVII Aprile", because if you pass through the Duomo or through San Lorenzo it will take much more time to arrive. As regards the water, if you think it is not warm enough, pelase inform the lobby.... More
