We were extremely pleased with the elegant and spacious rooms and facilities. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is lovely. Wonderful roof terrace with views of Florence. Especially good for families with children (we included a nine and 16 year old). Well located: everything is a relatively short walk away. Be sure to check out Santo Spiritu in Oltrarno for the dinner scene. more
