Great room on the fifth floor with a view of the Doumo from the patio. Breakfast was very good. Gabriela and Jasmina were very good front desk hosts, and very helpful. Close to several good restaurants. Room kept clean, and beds very comfortable.

The quiet neighborhood was a nice break from walking the heavily packed and noisy tourist areas, the small patio was very pleasant and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed at the hotel for four days. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Room was perfectly cleaned every day. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area. Best pizzas nearby. Breakfast was nicely served by a very nice and warm seniora.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and found it to be conveniently located for visiting sites in Florence either by foot or by bus.
