Good staff, great location. We were placed in a 5th floor room with a 4 floor elevator which isn't ideal with kids & bags. The bed had a major indent on the side and you felt like you were going to fall out of bed all night. more

The location of the the Perseo could not be any better, centrally located...only two blocks from the Duomo. The staff was very friendly and provided some great tourist and dining insights.
