We arrived into Florence and checked in to a lovely room complete with lavender on the bed ! Our host asked us if we needed any tickets to any museums and he arranged all of our reservations. The location was steps from the Duomo and very quiet at night. We totally enjoyed the stay.

The room, bathroom and decorations are fantastic! The location is very good too! The staff are professional and would respond you for your every request. The only small dislikes is they are not friendly enough, maybe dealing with too many guests make them tired. The breakfast is nice and full of diversity.

Everything was really cool, very nice and helping staff, beatiful interior, good breakfast, free wi-fi, sleepable beds and conviniently located in a calm center just 5 minutes walk from the Old Square. My special word to the French red wine they serve. Try it coz it's really good! Highly recommended to everyone!
