The reception cannot speak fluent English and are not that helpful with providing info from the tourist point of view. Minimalist is their objective decor. This place has nice and helpful staff, a great breakfast, and is about 20 minutes walking time from the heart of Florence. The neighborhood surrounding this hotel is not the least bit scenic. An ATM is located across the street. Nice rooms. The river is several short streets from the hotel. more
