This hotel is in poor condiion. Toilets don't work. Loud banding on the walls. Rooms without windows. We left immediatly and found a better hotel then they charged us for the stay anyway. Don not ever stay with these people more

We booked the premier room (I think it was called). The bathroom was spacious, the bed was comfy and the service was exceptional. This hotel is a great location so close to the Florence markets that you can make your purchases and drop them back to the the hotel. Our room had a laptop with free internet and the staff were lovely and so helpful. Two sets of stairs must be juggled with your luggage and then a funny lift with a one... more

We drove to Florence and parked at a garage (San Antonino) about 30m from Globus. Location was excellent - within its vicinity were lots of restaurants, the flea market, mini-marts, food shops, even a laundrette, and of course close to the Duomo and Academia Gallery.
