Appearances wise, this is the nicest hotel I stayed in while traveling in Italy. Location good, 5 mins walk from main station, friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and big bathroom. Hotel spotless, bed linen and towels changed every day. An elegant and friendly hotel near MSN the train station literally two blocks. Wonderful greeting in this smallelagant hotel. Romm very clean with good amenities. Prior reviewers have stated that the front desk staff was dismissive we found it to the contrary. They adjusted the room rate by ten Euros when I asked for a better price. more
