This hotel has a good location - an easy walk to most attractions and close to the main train station (tip: get a good map with all the street names! Took us awhile to find this place..) Our room was very spacious and clean. It also had an airconditioner which is a must if you are staying in Florence in... more

Here's the good points: The room was clean, the bed and pillow were comfortable, The shower water was warm (notice I didn't say hot), and the breakfast was decent. The bad points: The staff was surly. The room was poorly lit, depressing and dismal. The shower stall was extremely small, I am a 125lb woman and I almost didn't fit.... more

When I booked my stay at the Condordia price was my major concern. This hotel was definitely cheap (440 euro for 2 people for eight nights). One experience that may be worth noting is that there had been a mix-up during booking (I booked online) and they only expected one person to be checking in (there were two of us).... more

We wanted a hotel to sleep in for a whole week starting on Dec 5th. Concordia turned out cheap and really good for our needs. It was quite (we had room 28) and the room was quite large. Breakfast was a selection of bread and some other pre-packed Croissants and biscuits. Nothing special but about the same I would have... more

We had a very tough time finding the hotel since it was down a very narrow alley. When we arrived the hotel was put made up of a variety of different size rooms. It looks like a hostel or some place that college kids may stay. We had two rooms. One room was very spacious, clearly the room that was... more

We chose this hotel due to its central location - very close to the main tourist attractions and within walking distance from the railway station. It is situated down a narrow alley, a lttle bit difficult to find and the alley itself is not too inviting but once you enter the hotel and haul your luggage up one flight of... more

I would never stay here again. They wouldnt let us keep our pet monkey, Norman, with us! He had to stay downstairs in the kitchen and couldnt snuggle up in our bed with us. We missed him. Also, I told a guy who was staying there about our dilemma with Norman, and he told us that he stayed there a... more

Don't mistake the drag outside for this lovely hotel. It is a bit hard to find, on the side alley, but you'll be pleasantly surprised at the inside. The lady who checked us in was really accomondating, letting us change rooms to a lower floor since we have so much luggage (no elevator). The rooms were big, private bathroom was large,... more
