The rooms are big, but service is quite poor for a suposed 4 *. If you have a room in front of the Piazza, for sure you won't sleep all night, The windows doesn't fit, and you hear everybody on the street. Cons are noise, service, pros well located and big. It depends on what you want. more

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! They claim to have parking but don't tell you that it is in a restricted zone of Florence and that you will be fined for entering the city to go to the hotel. They should let you and the police know but didn't. We ended up with £150 in fines for just going there.... more
