This place was a dump. But honestly it was clean and I was there to sightsee and sleep. Breakfast kind of sucked. But the staff is nice and helpful. This hotel was a shot in the dark since I knew nothing about Florence. We had two rooms since we traveled with our 4 teenage kids. The bathrooms were in-room and small, but it's Europe.
