The hotel is brand new, the bathroom in our room was immaculate, flat screen tv, air condition work perfectly! All of the people at the hotel were like a family. I was deeply moved by their service. I strongly recomend anyone who is going to visit Firenze. more

We traveled with a group of 4 in April,2008. All of our rooms were unique,spaceous and beautiful in there own way and our bathrooms were brand new with working showers, finally! The staff was just fantastic, the owner pays a lot of attention to his guests with heplful recommendations about sightseeing and entertaining. more

I don't understand these terrible reviews! The location is great - right by the main entry point to the city if by rail / bus (stazione s. maria novella).
