Elisio was the best!! He realy helped us make the best of our visit to Florence. We had the room with the external bathroom. I recomend that you try to avoid this and get the regular room. Good location.

This hotel is in a great location very close to the train station and in walking distance to major sights. The breakfast is very good and served in your room. The host is very pleasant and very helpful with information about Florence. The room is nice and clean. We would stay again and recommend this place.

It was just amazing - the people were very welcomy and smily, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast brought in your room - that's what I call vacations!! :D... I absolutely loved it there and have nothing to repproach! If I have to travel again in Firenze, I will go back there with no hesitation! :)
