A great place to stay, close to everything, and the best part is the personal touch to everything and the rooms are very, very unique, in a positive way. Our room was wonderful. Would definitely go back there. Steve & Margot. more

My husband and I chose Alloro B&B after reading its reviews on TA and contacted the B&B itself to book a 3 nights' stay in Florence. Our decision was not wrong! The booking was easy and we got an email confirmation from Cristen the owner rather quickly. The B&B was easy to locate and as we arrived by train, it... more

My mom was really looking forward to staying here. We called the morning of our arrival date from Edinburgh, Scotland to be sure we still had a reservations (two rooms). We were assured by Christian everything was fine and our rooms would be available, even though we would arrive late. When we arrived around 11:30 pm, he gave us directions... more

After experiencing Rome for a few days, we ventured up to Florence where we checked in at Alloro B&B. Alloro was recommended to me by a friend that stayed here a few years ago. We loved the rooms! They were very spacious, beautifully decorated, charming, clean, and quiet. They also had an elevator available which was helpful since we had... more

We traveled with our 14-month old son and I need to say that everything was great. First of all LOCATION, very central, close to Duomo, Train Station, Mercato and Supermarket. We were very happy that there was an ELEVATOR. The room was very, very big, nice and quiet (53). The service was always helpful and kind. And the other thing... more

After reading several travel forum sites we decided on staying here. What a terrific decision! Apart from the location, which was awesome, the size, cleanliness, decor, safety factor, cost and great breakfast made this place a definite place to return to and recommend to any and all. Cristian was also very helpful securing museum passes. Great restaurants all around you... more

This B & B was by far the best of our two week trip through Italy and Spain. We were in the center of everything and taken care of right from the start. The room and bathroom was huge (all marble), and breakfast was great. Christian keep up the good work!! more

A friend and I stayed at Alloro B&B for 4 nights and we found it to be a great location being that it's 5 minutes away from the train & bus station (Santa Maria Novella) and just around the corner from the San Lorenzo market. The food market is also 5 minutes away which provides a great inexpensive lunch alternative... more
