My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in May. It was easy to find from the street. Cristian and his father were charming, polite and very helpful. When yiu walked into the reception area your stress left you and you knew you were home. The room was immaculate as was the bathroom. A minibar was there if you... More

I spent a week in Florence at the Alloro B & B. It was perfect for my purposes. The location was excellent. I was able to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast very good, the price very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again. Kathleen

We stayed at this B&B for one night when we visited Florence in May 2013. It is very conveniently located near the train station, as well as the majority of the big sites in Florence. My husband and I stayed in a double room and my sister stayed in a single. Both rooms were a very good size and had... More

Alloro b&b was just so convenient. It is located near enough to walk a few minutes from the train station, giving one easy access to transport around the city. It is about 10-15mins away from most of the major sights (i.e. David, Duomo, Academia, Ponte Veccio) except the Piazza Michelangelo. The rooms were very cozy and did not have a... More

What a wonderful place to stay in Florence. The Alloro B&B was recommended to me by my brother and wife. They have stayed there a couple of times and told me how charming it was. We found that to be very true. Close to the Santa Maria Train Station, The City Center of Florence, great restaurants and the San Larenzo... More

Loved Alloro. We stayed in Amber room with small balcony. We came for 25th anniversary and to visit daughter studying in Florence. We will come back again to Alloro in future. Room was nice size. Frescos on ceiling nice. Breakfasts great and I especially liked the granola and homemade yogurt. The bathroom was clean and shower had excellent water pressure.... More

We booked this B&B as it was close to the station but not too far away from the main centre of Florence. It was a lovely big room and a nice bathroom - with a big shower which was great! The breakfast was very good and all the staff were most helpful and very friendly. Really good place to stay... More

You can't beat this location -- just steps from the Santa Maria Novella station and an easy walk from any prominent site in Florence. Rooms are small but very clean and full of individual charm. Breakfast is typical european -- continential, lots and lots of bread, but coffee made to order and some hard-cooked eggs to go with all that... More

My hubby and I stayed 3 nights in 2012 Oct. It was our honeymoon trip, so I wanted to book the Amber room. But I was told the room was not available. So I just book another double room. Apparently they have more rooms than what they feature on their website. The location is very good. Just less than 10... More

Excellent location in the centre of Florence and also close to the main station S.M. Novella, clean and spotless rooms. The B&B is located in a beautiful building, the bed is comfy and the room is quiet. Breakfast could be improved with more local and fresher items and also with fresher juices. The guy at the reception could be slightly... More
