The Guest House is extremely well located, in an old palazzo at the heart of Firenze. The room was spacious, clean and really beautiful, decorated with very good taste - the ceiling was painted, depicting some kind of mythological/angelical scene! The staff is attentive and helpful.

I booked N4U via booking.com as I needed a night's stay in Florence on business at short notice. On the portal, N4U was listed as a "hotel" and there was no mention of the very unaccomodating checkin times - only possible between 14:00 and 18:00 each day. N4U is a beautiful hidden gem in a great central location. We paid a little extra for the largest room with fresco on the ceiling and were not disappointed at all.
