Had no problem finding the hotel even though it is inside the city walls. Arrive by car, shown to our room and the car keys were taken from us and the car valet parked. The staff were so friendly and the room was excellent. We could not fault the hotel. more

There can't be a nicer hotel in Lucca than the Hotel Ilaria. We stayed in the annex building where the rooms were large and modern. The breakfast buffet was quite expansive and delicious. They also provided an open bar in the evening. Great location within the walls of the city. more
