This hotel was the highlight of the 10 hotels we stayed at during our Italian holiday. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable. Just back from Lucca, found this hotel to be a good base for a leisurely weekend. A couple of nice touches included complimentary bicycles for the obligatory cycle on the city walls, as well as complimentary drinks and snacks during the day.
