This is basically a glorified roadside motel, comfortable and clean, but that is about it. Small, clean and very tidy rooms. Ample, free parking on site. Breakfast adequate, but nothing special. Good: Clean and very functional room with good 'style'. Nice bathroom. Decent breakfast (except for the coffee with was old and thin). Sufficient parking space. Not so good: Air conditioning was hard to get to function properly. McDonalds side rooms are to be avoided (noise, especially on Fridays and Saturdays when the local kids seem to go there after partying).... more

Having read reviews prior to booking I knew pretty much what to expect. The interior of the hotel is modern and this is really a hotel for business people, basic clean and in a great location for the town of Lucca. We spent one night in Eurostars Toscana. The front desk was helpful and very friendly: since we have a baby they changed our room to accomodate us in a king size bedroom. The room is really a 4 stars hotel and the bathroom, very particular, is all green. But the best part is the breakfast: rich and complete for everybody.... more

The hotel is direct on the Autostrada outside of Lucca, about 10 min. drive to the old city center. From outside the hotel looks a little tired. Inside the hotel is nice, modern and clean. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good. Parking behind the hotel was free. more

Booked this for a one night stay and got a good deal. I wouldn't like to pay full price for this hotel. 15-20 (not very pretty ) min walk to the walls. Lucca itself was good. The Hotel although a bit hard to locate by Sat Nav, was bright clean and Modern. Only dissapointment was the breakfast was very poor.... more

We stayed in this hotel for one night with our 11 month old and some friends as a stopover after catching the ferry back from Corsica. I would advise this hotel only for people who are driving to Lucca and are staying for maybe one day or so. It’s on the main road outside of Lucca and is about a 15 minute walk to the walls of Lucca. Highly recommended. We chose this hotel for easy parking and autostrada access. Excellent value, spotless rooms, effective and quiet aircon, friendly staff. Meals very acceptable although set menu is the same each night. Downside: about 15 mins easy level walk from Lucca centre. Don't even think of taking the car. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away... more
