Where to start with the Ai Cipressi? The hotel closes 12:30 - 3:30 every day and we arrived at 2:30 giving us an hour to wait. We have stayed here several times and always enjoy it very much. The owners are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, clean and well appointed and there is a lovely breakfast room. The location is very convenient. more

A few hundred metres outside the impressive walls of Lucca you find the very nice B&B called Ai Cipressi, where we staid for a couple of nights recently. We have just come back from a week in Lucca staying at Ai Cipressi. We had a great time, Lucca is definately a lovely relaxing place and we found everyone very friendly, very safe place to wander at night. The wall is a great place to wander round but look out for the joggers and cyclists,definately make you feel lazy...... more

Gabriele and Daniele were so helpful and gracious. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our car broke down and we could not get to our next destination. Our stay of 4 nights, 5 days was absolutely lovely. We booked a massage nearby, attended a Puccini concert, had an incredible dinner at Buca, and we spent our time with family. All this with the help of our innkeepers, who were very gracious and helpful! Thank you! more
